It feels like just yesterday we were singing Christmas carols, and yet somehow we’ve already lit up fireworks and carried out the lead-moulding oracle (Bleigießen, as we call it in German) – 2016 has arrived.

How quickly time has flown by – we couldn’t help but feel some nostalgia. The past year was a very good one for us at Ingenious. We have many things to be proud of!

New Face of the Company

We started off 2015 with a bang as we launched our brand new website with a new layout to provide the information you, our readers, need. This was an important step for us as this is after all the core communication channel and the face of the company when one looks up our name. With this, a new content strategy was born.

New Content Strategy

We’re happy about the whitepapers we have published in 2015, in particular the one concerning the limitations e-commerce would face when using Google Analytics, as it has been intrigued interest all across Europe. We have also started sending regular monthly newsletters with industry analysis and relevant content. We’re motivated to work on more interesting content for 2016 concerning online marketing, e-commerce, marketing automation and business analytics – so stay tuned!

Stronger Presence

We at Ingenious Technologies have participated in several events last year, such as the Online Marketing Rockstars expo in Hamburg (for the first time), Performance Marketing Insights in Berlin, WebSummit in Dublin (for the first time) and dmexco in Cologne. We thoroughly enjoyed shaking hands and sharing our Ingenious Enterprise platform with you at these events.

We’ll also give ourselves some brownie points for being extra active on social media in 2015. Within 365 days we have published a total of 140 posts on Facebook, 217 tweets and gained a large number of new followers! Thank you!

Stronger Product

Needless to say, among the biggest highlight of the year was the development and strengthening of our product and services. In just one year, our platform Ingenious Enterprise has gained so many new functions and features: a new voucher tool, a new look and feel, a new banking feature, a new B2B marketplace, new usability improvements, availability in more languages, currencies and countries, etc – all the better to serve all existing and potential clients in gaining efficiency and raising their bottom line.

We were also extremely proud to stand our ground on strict adherence to the European and German data protection laws before and after the fall of the Safe Harbor agreements.

Stronger Clients

But of course, the success of Ingenious Technologies is only possible with the success of our clients! And our clients have been growing in their respective markets, expanding into new markets, as well as strengthening their private networks. We are proud to be present in so many markets worldwide (see image below) and the independent technology provider for their businesses.

Stronger Team

At the end of the day, it is the people behind the technology that matters, because it is the people who respond to needs, wants and market demands. And in 2015 our team has gotten stronger than ever – and we are proud of it.
