Ingenious Technologies, one of Europe’s leading SaaS providers in Partner Marketing, builds on its customer-centric strategy and appoints Dennis Petersen as Director Customer Success to lead the new team.
Dennis Petersen will be responsible for establishing stronger, long-lasting relations with clients remotely from Hamburg. He brings 15 years of partner marketing experience to the business, having had prior roles at Bigpoint, Dr. Klein and the pilot group, as well as Head of Affiliate at SYZYGY (formerly uniquedigital).
In his previous role, he was responsible for establishing the UK company’s market presence in Germany as part of its expansion as Senior Director Partnerships at the SaaS provider Partnerize.
Aligned with this concept, Ingenious Technologies recently announced a new Partner Payment as a Service offering. This enables clients with finite resources in partner marketing to define rules for commission approval and make prepayment, so that Ingenious Technologies can take over the responsibility of validation and approval processes.
