After eight years of leadership and innovation, Prof. Dr. Siamak Haschemi, CTO of Ingenious Technologies AG, will step down from his position on April 1, 2024. The transition from Siamak Haschemi to Martin Heymann, a long-standing and experienced member of the Ingenious team and shareholder, has been carefully planned and gradually prepared over the past two years.
Martin Heymann, a veteran with more than 15 years of experience in affiliate marketing, has made significant contributions to the development of Ingenious Technologies. His career began at Zanox/Awin, before he became one of the first employees at Ingenious in 2012 and since then has co-responsible for the development of the Ingenious platform. During this time, he developed a deep understanding of the technology and the needs of the customers. “Since Siamak joined Ingenious in 2016, he has significantly shaped our technology and culture. I have learned a lot from him and look forward to continuing his work, while also setting my own accents. The upcoming challenges will include the further development of our platform, adapting to external changes, and integrating AI. I am very excited to lead Ingenious into this new era,” says Martin.
Under Siamak’s leadership, Ingenious Technologies has experienced significant technological innovations and a profound modernization in product development, technology, and customer service. “Ingenious has evolved into an innovative, stable, and sustainable platform. Companies such as belboon, idealo, home24, and brillen.de rely on our enterprise features and exceptional service. Building this innovative power and culture and now being able to hand it over to Martin makes me very proud. Ingenious has a bright future ahead,” says Siamak. He will remain with the company in an advisory role and as a shareholder.
